maximum activations reached

Hi, I'm getting hit with the "maximum activations reached" error. I was wondering if I could get it reset if it wouldn't be too much trouble. Thanks for all the support guys!

j'ai installé windowblinds, iconpackager, objectdock plus je ne peux pas les activer. j'ai un message d'erreur qui me dit "nombre d'activation atteint". je ne peux pas utiliser les logiciels.
