CAN'T UPDATE!!!!!

HELP!

I changed my ISP for financiall reasons, but changed back to my old one later. I got a new email address when I changed back, but didn't change my stardock.net account because SDC kept saying it couldn't validate my DA registration info, but even after I changed i STILL couldn't validate, even after I sent support@stardock.net multiple emails telling them why my email address was different. PLEASE HELLLLLP!!!!!!!!

So, did you ever change the email address on the account to one you now have access to (you can do this yourself if you can log into the account, just by going to My Account->Stardock Account here on the forum)?

As to support, did you have a ticket open or did you just send unanswered mails (really should send to support@stardock.com to be safe, though I think .net addresses should redirect)?

As per the email adress: Yes, thank tou very much, on SDC AND on this forum.

And the emails: I got more than one ticket, tough that's probobly my fault...
