How do you upload images?

I want to show an image in a post I want to write, but I don't know exactly how. I know image shack was mentioned in another post, but I can't find it.

Any and all help will be appreciated.

You can upload the images at a host like Imageshack.us, then once it is up just copy the code in the box marked 'direct link to image'. Then click the image button in the reply box here and paste the code into the top blank to insert it in your post.
