recycle bin icon

I am not as slick as a lot of people that post here, but I'm learning. Todays problem is with Objectdock Plus. It's not a problem with the program, but how do I get rid of, or at least hide the windows recycle bin icon? Objectdock has my desktop clean of icons except for the recycle bin. I can't find any way to get rid of it. In my tabs there is a recycle bin, so I don't need that one last windows icon sitting there cluttering up my new iconless desktop. How do I get rid of It?

Download and install TweakUI (direct download link). It's a powertoy from Microsoft and has several useful settings and options, including hiding the RecycleBin from the desktop.

depending on your OS, several things you can do...if It's WinXP just right click on the desktop, on the menu select "Arrange Icons By", then click on "hide desktop icons" in the submenu.
