some questions about a few parts of the Example mod

since I can't view XML for some reason (and I don't know how to anyway), can someone tell me whats new in the InvTactics.xml, Anomalies.xml, and events.xml? because if theres anything cool in them, I could put them in the normal game files like someone said I could do with the fleet formations stuff?

and secondly, when I move the new fleet formations stuff into the main game files, should I delete the old ones or does it not really matter?

well, to view xmls, just use any text editor...i just use wordpad

you can then figure out some of that stuff on your own, but i dont suggest deleteing ANY of the game files. if your useing 1.2b, make a new mod folder. if not, get 1.2b

InvTactics.xml is used to add invasion tactics to the game like when you take a planet it has some effects attached to it.

Anomolies.xml is used to add anomolies of different types to the game you just need to have a pic that matches the game format..

Events.xml you will need practice to edit as it is difficult to get down easy and has some hard codes to master there it is mainly to add events to the game that have certain effects and there chocies..
