Stardock ate my task bar (taskbar options not working)

My PC crashed whilst playing Rise of Legends and upon reboot, my object dock program was in a strange spot on the screen and all but one of the icons were removed (as well as the graphics reverting to default).

This was easily fixed, however my taskbar ceases to exist.
I've gone into the Taskbar and Startmenu options in Control panel, and cant get it to reappear. I've also tried going into the settings of Object Dock and unchecking "hide windows taskbar" and it wont work either!

If i press the windows key, the startmenu pops up, but no matter what I do, I cant get the taskbar to come back!

Can anyone help me?
