Cannot DL the 1.11

Is there a server problem with the DL of 1.11?

I got 1.1 beta4 fine and 1.1, but each time I use stardock central to DL 1.11, while it shows me as logged in and that I have a legitimate purchase of GC2 it fails the DL claiming invalid account error.

Same here.

No changes to my system (since 1.1). Valid user name. Valid copy of the game. No mods or hacks installed. Nuthin.

Mine did that on the program update, but it then went through updating the tutorials, movies, and multimedia, I then retried the program update and it worked fine...

Me neither. I could update the game via the stand-alone installer from the downloads-section, though.

Im having the same type problem with SDC, I have ligit account but the silly rat pooey thing wont believe me. Does anything work round here?

Hi guys. I'm afraid I can't poke anything right now, but please try going to Tools menu/Options/Internet, and change the server from California to Chicago. This may work better.

Edit: The Tutorials and Movies modules appear to be broken right now. I do not know why this is, but people who do will be on it within 12 hours. For those waiting to download, I apologise for the delay!

I had the same experience as Josh_88 (failed twice, then worked the third try), so I would suggest trying a few times before giving up.

Now this is interesting. I disabled "Show Pre-release (beta) versions" and tried again, and it worked this time. Might work for some of you guys.

Edit: hmm. Maybe I spoke too soon. Sitting at "100% complete" on "Downloading: gc2.sdc" and never stops.

My update failed the first time, but it went fine when I tried a little later. I'd guess that the validation server is overworked or screwy.

If anyone is still encountering this problem please send me an email (pford@stardock.com) and attach the login.txt file that is located in the folder where Stardock Central is installed (default location is c:\program files\stardock\sdcentral\.
