[1.1 b4] CTD on doubleclicking disband

I got impatient and double clicked the individual ship disband button, IE take just 1 ship out of the fleet, and the game immediately CTDed.

It was my best game so far, but anyhoo here's the Debug.err:

I have noticed a consistant crash and I think I know what is causing it. I don't have a debug file (sorry). I am playing V1.2. I love Playing Gigantic galaxies using an influence strategy. This has lead to a number of crashes right at the start of a turn. At first this confused me as it happened at both the new tech screen and also at the defecting planet view screen. These don't seem to have much in common until I noticed that on both screens I was hearing the sound for ship launches. If I hit any button on either of these screens before all the ships from defecting enemy planets launch, the game can crash.
The only other time that multiple ships launch at once is when you can launch all new ships you have produced after these screens have passed and all buttons are disabled until this operation is finished.
Once I noticed this problem, I simply wait until the sound of ship launches ends before hitting any buttons, and the crashes have stopped. I have an older, slow gateway system, which may drag out the opportunity for this to happen when faster systems wouldn't notice it.
Scincerely,

Flea is there some reason you are not running the stable 1.2 build? 1.1 is an old build to be using and one that was known to be as buggy as hell too!

Er, reply #1 resurrected this thread from April, JJ.

Ouch, another reply that falls guilty of the necromancy paragraph.
