[bug] Ship Stats Malfunction
Percursor ranger that's completely screwed up

My first precursor ranger is completely screwed up statistically. The only way for you to believe it is to see the screenshots...

By my calculations the ship's stats ought to be:
Beam: 0/0
Missile: 55/15
Mass: 32/15
But it's only 25/17 for mass drivers only! While it's a killer ship, the stats aren't the only things messed up but the other parts do not operate either.
I was researching beam weapons with only half-interest, traded for missile weapons and got perhaps up to the MiniBall 2 in mass drivers (also from trade offers). So I don't actually have the techs to make a ship this type, but only the mass drivers work on this thing. (I've been in fights, still holds.)
