Windows Blinds Public 5 Help

Yeah Hi. I'm new here, and I'm having problems with the Public version of WindowBlind 5. Everytime, I try installing a new skin, XP just goes to the classic skin.

I've got a Radeon X740XL graphics card which is 128mb. This is cealry good enough. WB worked for me before, but now it's not. Thanks for all of your help.

$19.95 unless you have a paid version of WB4, then an upgrade to WB5 is $15.00.

Well, actually, It's more stable than WindowBlinds. It's legal as it's featured on legal (note: not warez) sites, and it takes less resources than WindowBlinds.
