Is the beta no longer available to those that pre-order? If not I guess it's time to find #1 to subdue the pain of the wait.

If you didn't have it already, you probably can't get it anymore.

Is it supposed to show up on stardock along with GC1 and expansion?

If you pre-order after a certain time (like when Stardock closed it) then no you won't have access to the beta.
