I guess it is because Stardock database record is set to "0 total" activations while there must be "5 total" activations available. Fences deactivated after after Windows 10 Update and would not re-activate. Computer name (E*N) and serial number (C7C1C-*****-*****-*****-*****-C1D5B) haven't changed.
