WindowsBlinds 4x or 5x on 3DLabs VP760 Video Card producing black toolbar and dialog box buttons

I have been having issues with WindowBlinds 4x or 5x on my desktop computer running a 3DLabs VP760 Video Card. My Themes keep producing black colors through my skins on all buttons whether they are on dialog boxes, tool bars or windows. I've tried upgrading the video card drivers and the version of DirectX but nothing has worked so far. Any ideas would be helpful thanks. PS. Something besides getting a different video card. ;)
