I believe I have found a bug. About 95% of all of the Dreams are not showing up on both of my monitors with the "apply to all my monitors". This even includes some of the pre-installed Dreams. My setup is as follows: Dual 1080P 24" Screens Display 1 | Display 2 Display 2 is primary monitor. If Display 1 is set as the primary, the dreams work as expected.

I have the exact same configuration as you and noticed this as well. When I download items to the desktop, they appear on the secondary monitor. Are you sorting your icons? I sort by Name on non Fenced areas. As soon as I sort, it moves all of the icons to the secondary monitor on the left. I am not allowed to sort items on my primary monitor unless I have it in a fence.
