At first I wasn't able to change all of the icons in my Control Panel. After restarting my computer, they changed. However, now I have 2 copies of Network Setup Wizard and 2 copies of Wireless Network Setup. I don't understand how this happened. Is there a reason for this and has anyone else experienced it?

I have the same problem. I was able to change Word once. I dragged it onto the taskbar from my desktop and was able to right click, properties, change icon from there. However, I'm unable to do that again. I don't quite like the icon I chose and wanted to change it to another one, but it won't let me. And it doesn't show up in IconPackager under Desktop when I load the program.
I wanted to add that the exact same thing happened to me using that very skin you're using. Except ALL of my icons (including the quick launch ones) were bigger and blurred.
