I have the same problem. I have uninstalled all previous versions of Deskscapes, and have tried the latest updates. Nothing but the black screens. I have an Intel 12900K processor, an NVIDIA RTX 3050 graphics card, running Windows 11 24H2. Help, please.

New problem. The product key isn't recognized for long. Used the key provided when I renewed my subscription. Worked perfectly for other Stardock products. For Deskcapes, it works until I bring up the product. Then it again asks for me to enter product key, purchase product key or start 30-day trial. Please advise. Thanks. /Zak

Have a 64-bit Windows 7 OS system. I am trying to upgrade to DeskScapes 10. I get the following error message: "Please uninstall DeskScapes 8 AND REBOOT before proceeding with the DeskScapes 10 installation. The install will now exit. Note: All existing Dreams and wallpapers will remain." Here's the problem: I don't have DeskScapes 8 installed. Windows can't find it and I can't find it. Is there some way to proceed from here?
