Login Problems in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Hello, i have Problems to login to my Stardock account to manage Downloads and Subsciptions. I can login to Wincustomize and the Forums but Login to my Account on Stardock.com isn't possible. So what can i do? The Loginpage tells me a e-mail is sent with a verification-code but this mail never comes......... Greetz from Germany Lothar
