Yes, I've got two displays attached. I also had no problems with this configuration in Windows 8.0.

I just installed Win8.1 Pro x64 & Start8 1.30 on my machine (fresh install on reformatted drives) and despite setting Start8 to disable the various hot spots, I still get a hand icon at the top edge of the desktop. Clicking and dragging down exits Start8 and returns me to the regular Windows 8.1 start screen. I tried disabling the hot spots with Skip Metro Suite without success, and also tried Classic Shell, which does work. I'd prefer to stick with Start8, though.

When mousing over menu items with long names, Start8 creates a tooltip, but the tooltip doesn't display at the top of the Z order correctly. See the screenshot for example. In this case, the menu item is a shortcut to a local html file, and has no description other than the shortcut name. I have similar links that do include a description, and they display correctly.

I've found that the shutdown button is extremely sensitive to any mouse movement while the mouse button is depressed. If my hand moves at all during that brief moment between clicking and releasing the mouse button, the shutdown button ignores the click.
