My task Bar is set to Enhanced.

Hello All, Not sure my issue can be resolved here, but here goes. I use START11 so that I can place my taskbar along the top of my monitor screen using Windows 11. I'm going to use the START Icon as an example. When I hover my mouse over the icon, the word start drops down and doesn't allow me to click on the start button. I have to repeat this process two three times before finally I get to click on the icon and open the start menu. Is there a work around or a setting t
