Start11 style start menu feels laggy to use especially when scrolling though the all apps.

I have been trying out Start11 before buying it and for some reason, the start menu feels really laggy. One can notice the difference pretty easily. While scrolling through all apps in the start menu it is very noticeable and in the end it leaves a bad view for a user. I have recently installed windows 11 so I don't think there are any applications that might affect it. All the drivers are up to date. Is there any solution for this or are there none?
