[/quote] I guess I need to reinstall? Every time it errors, I uninstall because I really need the calculator to work.
Still the same error with the calculator app. No other app that alters the taskbar.

That's normally how I do it. I tried that way, or doing it from a desktop shortcut. Nothing worked.
The calculator icon, when pinned to the taskbar, shows the Windows Explorer, rather than the calculator. Not sure why. It was working fine for a few days, then suddenly it stopped. I tried rebooting the computer, uninstalling, rebooting, then reinstalling. Nothing works. I have Win11 25H2 and the latest Start11 that I downloaded from the site for trial 2 weeks ago.
