So I did change the date, update was prompted so I updated and then the Wbloadb.dll was correctly in system32. But now it is not present in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Windowblinds\System64". So, after doing what was suggested above, now About page shows me exactly as shown but in 11.07 when applying any skin, it sends me to Windows login page and I cannot get to desktop. One issue still persists and it is context menu inside Save As dialog. Mozilla Firefox is still totally excluded from Windowblinds skinning and even though the Save As dialog is still a bit skinned, at least it works now without the ExplorerPatcher but as you can see the context menu does not.
