Sorry, I have tried 3 different browsers on 3 different computers, created another order in case the other one was corrupt and still can't pay for the extra licenses. I need these licenses and have no way forward. I even struggle at times to login to my account as it says the link from the "accoutnt icon" at the top right of the webpage fails almost every time I click on it saying the page is unavailable.

I have an invoice to add 4 extra activations but it won't let me pay. Each time I click the link the screen flashes but nothing happens. I've tried turning pop-ups on, firewalls off and everything I can think of. Do you have any suggestions please ?
