Nevermind, found the problem. I recently put a VPN on my computer and forgot about it, disabled it and everything now works as advertised. I'd leave this as a reminder for those that forget their VPN is active.

It refuses to install this latest update simply says do you wish to go to the page that tells you its a fire wall problem, to which i already disabled it. So now what? This is kinda of a pain in the ass gang. Never had this issue until today.
