Basj, While the previews / thumbnails do still "jitter" sometimes, this change does seem to prevent the screen(s) from ceasing to react to the cursor actions; i.e., "hanging up". So, this is progress that should narrow down the issue...I'm guessing something was changed in 24H2's HAL / implementation of display scaling? Tell DEV, we said good luck, and keep up the great work!

Basj, No; no. Sorry to confuse you. Both displays are 1080p, but the left is scaled at 150%, while the right is scaled at 100%. The issue is still the flashing / hanging when the "previews" / thumbnail is activated by hovering over the icons on the left display taskbar. Yes, the taskbar on the left has a maximized window, while the one on the right has no app window. I was just trying to show you my configuration, for you to attempt reproduction...aga

p.s., I don't know if it will help, but I have found the issue is predominant on the left-side, secondary display running at 150% scale. See screenshot below... Basj, Per your instruction(s), I uninstalled (with settings deletion / removal) , rebooted, reinstalled (new beta version: 2.52.3) , and rebooted again. The issue returned as soon as "Let Start11 enhance the taskbar" was turned on. Also, I enabled this setting and noted
