Adding via IP Address rather than Host Name seemed to solve the problem.

Sorry about that the build number on the primary computer is 19045.5608 and the build number on the secondary computer is 19045.5679.
Both computers are running Multiplicity 4.01 and Windows 10 Pro - Version 22H2.

Hi, I have user that is trying to get Multiplicity set up between their desktop (primary) and laptop (secondary). I've gone through all the steps in the quick start guide but I can't get their two computers to connect. They are both on the same Domain network and have the same encryption key, but when I test the connection I get an error that says "Please check the firewall settings on the secondary, the computer name, and the IP Address".
