I have tried to raise a ticket as per your suggestion but soon realised this was not going to work as the system assumed I bought the software from Stardock. So it was asking for info like Stardock Order nos which obviously i do not have since my Start11 was bought from Ashampoo (and thru my Ashampoo account). (In fact this Stardock account was created 2 days ago ..) Kindly advise as to how should I proceed furt

Few years ago, I have purchased 'Start11' from Ashampoo.... My question is am i entitled for a upgrade .. and If yes, how do i go about doing that..? Thank you.
