yep yep, it's one of the first things I checked

its wallpaper engine, I disabled it and still no luck, guess I'll just turn auto hide off.

I'm using start11 auto hide since I want to keep them rounded corners on the taskbar

so with cleanboot, it's still there just not as rough. Tried purging it again and no luck.
