Also, multiplicity on my tertiary computer won't do secondary mode, won't unload, won't uninstall correctly, and can't deactivate the license (there is no deactivate local computer option in the about section and I never could add it to the primary so can't do anything from there - though it should only be the trial license, so shouldn't really matter). I'm learning alot about how much is wrong, but can't even make use of what is right.

I have downloaded the Multiplicity trial and am having a very, very disappointing start to my experience with it. I installed it on my three computers, but it will only allow me to use 2 computers (the primary and one secondary). Even at that, the features (beyond mouse/keyboard sharing) either barely work (click and starts to process then does nothing, or starts to work but only works for a few seconds, then drops out - using other computer monitor(s) and remotely viewing another
Seriously great advice! Thank you.
It does seem like it will do what I need and more, but that I am thinking about it wrong. I was thinking about installing all monitors to one computer and then accessing whichever computer I want from the main, but in fact it sounds like I will want to install each computer to its intended monitor, then access whichever monitor I want from the given PC. Also P.S. - as I review the product pages, I feel like Multiplicity can "do this in it's sleep" and barely scratches the suface of its capabilities.
sdrohan, thanks for the response, but I found that a little confusing. I am unclear on the difference between 'seamless' and 'seamless display' features. Can you direct me to a faq (or some such) that might explain theses two features and their differences? If I needed an expansion, the configuration would likely be something like 3 (maybe 4) computers with 6 monitors, altogether. I would want to be able to view my main pc on all monitors at once, but be able to pull u
Thank you.
I have an involved setup and am about to seriously reconfigure some things. In the process, my monitor count may end up at 6-8. I see the planned business profiles will be allowed to connect to up to 10 monitors. Is there a way to upgrade to add additional monitors to a home user account? I'm suspect I would find business or enterprise account pricing a non-option, but I would not not be opposed to paying an upgrade fee, or buying two pro licenses in order to achieve this.</
