From what I've seen in the forums: WB trial and released work with most XPx64 - when it doesn't mainly it's either the 60 days has run out OR there is a driver issue. Sometimes a driver update is needed, sometimes a roll back to an earlier driver fixes it. There is an updated trial version this week (I believe Neil said if the 60 days is up this will allow and additional 30)

if you still have WB trial uninstalled - suggest you uninstall AG - reboot and start with a fresh download/install
re-installing the trial will not make it work again - but there could be an update coming out this week that may allow you an additional 30 days. eventually (after the 30 days) you will probably have to uninstall the trial and Alien Guise - reboot - then reinstall Alien Guise (fresh download is suggested here) and use their version of WB/ThemeMgr and see if that works.
