are you on dial up or always on? do you have the WC browser set as default browser? do you keep logged on in WC browser? If you open IE and check 'connections' does it "Dial whenever a network connection is not present"? I got nothing and *bump* was sounding lame.

You can have a licensed Client only version. It doesn't come with Builder. Not sure if the trial has a run at start option. Seems Client should still run at start if checked. Try saving your desktop, unload DTX, clear the cache, reload, reapply check, restart
