where did you download from? your files are a mixture of the paid version, trial version and unknown.

The dates are correct - see no mixing of trial and paid are your drivers up to date? I've seen some posts with issues possibly tied to ATI but I'm not sure, and unless it's in the title - it's hard to search. you may want to put in a ticket to support while you wait for some one to stop by that may know.

right click on the DTX 'Welcome Screen' and check the hotkeys in properties. DTX itself is usually set to F9/F10 also.

I had the bar set to always be on top, then used OD to hide it, which keeps the space. if you did that, cleared the cache, and went through all the setting on that dock for 'reserve space' (or similar) then, I'm tapped - I don't have the plus version so I go no more ideas. consider this a *bump*

If you have everything archived, then copy the archive folder to disk. when ready, redownload and install SDC, register, it will then give you links to your software which you can use OR pop in the disk with the archives and let SDC restore the one you want. can't get to WC, but if you find Corky O's page - he has an article on archiving with SDC

installing these programs via SDC has always worked best for me. you could try an uninstall, then move that package out of the folder prior to reinstall and see if IP is still acting up. There have been issues with some packages done on a computer using language other than eng. (don't know if that applies in this case).
