open wb cofigure again click the setting tab look under titlebar settings and see if it's set to minimize to tray

the one in question comes as a .zip file (cuz there's 2 skins and 2 wallpapers in it) save the file unzip it double click each .wba inside and they will self install - if you have Windowblinds installed (- if you don't have windowblinds then windows will complain it doens't know what to to with it)
