Windows 10 was a very fined tuned Operating System on its own and functioned very well to meet the demands of the user. Windows 11 is more of a mixed bag. I am guessing that the demand for fixing Windows 11 taskbar is very high in regards to Start 11 to the point they needed to get the start menu stable very quickly just so they could begin work on taskbar features. I was once worried that Microsoft would make an update for Windows 11 that would cause start 11 not to work, but I think if that were to happen it would have while Windows 11 was still in Beta. Start 11 1.0 is considered a full released product. But development will continue as Beta releases so if you update you will once again enter Beta for start 11. The change logs can be found in the start menu products sections pinned. With this release it is "start 11 1.01 report thread" change log is the very first post I would rank this Beta as very stable. It means that the actual stardock software is not a virus but that does not meant that it can not have a virus in it. For example if you have a cracked version of the software it could come along with a virus embedded. But if it came from this site it will just be a false positive.

Custom Icon's no longer work in Windows 11 mode, they only load as default icons with no custom visuals
