PRODUCTNAME not there in Stardock Software

This was provided as a solution to relentless requests to activate, re-activate, re-activate account. I did it as stated and there was no PRODUCTNAME folder. "Error 212 Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time. A "Run" dialog box will pop up, please paste the path below into the "Open" field and press OK.

I have to Activate over and over and over again my product in Accounts and Activation Help

Any time I use AShampoo to optimize it seems to wipe out my (or any other optimization) my activation authorization. I have to keep putting the activation key, cut and pasting. I run Win 10 on an I9 Intel computer. Everything is up to date. Any thoughts? I've tried to delete what was recommended in another string within the Stardock program. No dice. Please help.
