Sorry I'm late! I found a workaround! You must do this every time you reboot windows though... and it does not have animated cursor support (animation will freeze) - find CursorFX.exe - Right Click - Properties - Compatibility - Tick Override High DPI Scaling Behaviour - Scaling Performed by: Application - Apply Save Exit - Reboot PC - Start CursorFX - Select Your Cursor & Set Correct Size - Open T
