Please add the option to lock fences in place so they dont move while retaining the ability to double click lock them open by clicking on the title bar, otherwise you cant lock it open by double clicking without the risk of moving the fence. It would also make sense if when a bar snaps to the bottom or top of the page the bar stays close to the page and the body of the fence moves away from it. Having the title bar move away from you when you want to lock it open is annoying. You have t
