I have checked the softwares: Groupy Fence Start10 and for some time also CursorFX having the first 3 software installed, I often experience a few seconds delay in basic actions like dragging, selecting an icon, opening an icon, creating a selection box. Also opening the windows panel now have a 0.5-1 sec delay (influenced by Start10) when CursorFX was installed, the task of clicking and double-clicking an icon was extended by another 0.
