Hello I am having a similar problem except in my case the program starts I can download the backgrounds but when I try to apply it to my monitor it sits there and does nothing then it locks up and I have to manually shut it down I have tried all troubleshooting tips I have purged it and reinstalled it changed every setting the troubleshooting says to change and it just does the same thing over and over and over and over and so on and so forth. I would love to have a paid for program work as i
