The folder portal is where I'm having the issue. I incorrectly stated fences in my original post. The folder portal lets me set the view to lists. But, when I open a sub-folder it does not show lists and I have to set it in that folder. And, when I open a sub-folder in that folder the problem repeats. I'm looking for a way to have ALL folder views default to List.

In a fence, I can right click and under Views change my folder view to List. When I double click on a folder within that fence I have to repeat this process. Is there a default view setting to where every folder opens in List view?
