I would also like the ability to have the option to have Fences be able to stay on top. I have an ultra wide screen and I have plenty of real estate to the left and the right of my screen. I would like to be able to have my most used icons always on top or at least appear over the other windows when I do a mouse over so I don't have to minimize the other windows I'm working with.
