My version is the special version. It is "Enterprise LTSC" so It cannot upgrade any version except that. In addition to that I use latest version of Windowblinds and latest version if Google Chrome so I think it is not related to version of Windows 10.

Actually, when I tried "--disable-windows10-custom-titlebar" command. The titlebar change and look like that: There is nothing on title bar. The titlebar complately disappear. I wonder that the solution of this problem, actually.
