Thank you for your prompt response. That worked. I now remember setting the lock because the fences sometimes would display on my other monitors. I was trying to prevent that behavior.

Fences version 3.0.9.11 Windows 10.0.19041. I have several existing fences on my desktop. But I can longer create a new fence. Highlighting a group of icons no longer displays the button to put them into a fence. Any suggestions?
