Windows 10 Pro Version 20H2 Fences 3.1.0.5

Does anyone know of a way to automatically select a bunch of Fences and arrange them automatically? Even when I have the "snap" set they don't come out exactly the same width when pulled manually. Also, the gap between each one is slightly different. I just want to be able to select them all and tell the program to make them 4 icons wide and 40 pixels apart. I suspect it can't be done but tech support won't give me a straight answer and are insisting I use the
