I am also experiencing an issue with a full-screen game consistently changing my icons. I play my games in my monitor resolution so I'm not sure why the desktop resolution changes and the the icons shift, but I didn't experience this problem until I started using fences. I would be very interested in seeing this issue addressed. For reference, the game I am playing is Elder Scrolls Online and the shift on the desktop happens between hitting play on the Bethesda Launcher
