Thanks, I have confirmed that this occurs without Start 11 (although I only noticed it after loading Start 11). Some additional research I have done suggests it is related to the way Windows hands off from one display to another. I am looking into a suggestion to use the FancyZones feature in PowerToys.
I have Start 11 running. When I have an MS Word document on my second monitor (LG UM3461) and press {Windows key + left arrow}, rather than moving the document to the left half of the second monitor screen, it expands the document to be much bigger than the screen. Doing the {Windows key & right arrow} executes correctly. This doesn't happen with Excel (I haven't tested other Microsoft software).
