I've gone through the support procedure of creating a ticket but as of yet nobody has reached out. A few days ago I reinstalled Windows on my PC and started the process of re-installing software. I purchased Stardock Object Desktop, so I figured that there would not be a problem to download it again. It seems however in order to download the software which I already paid for , I would have to "renew" and pay more money? </
