I have the same problem and the culprit in my case is the X-Mouse Button Control application: https://www.highrez.co.uk/downloads/XMouseButtonControl.htm It affects the following versions: - Cursor FX 2.16 Plus - Cursor FX 2.10 Cursor FX 4 is NOT affected, however the cursor in that version is always tiny for me regardless of the settings, there
