I found a workaround for this: I downloaded the software for free directly from Ashampoo's website and activated it once installed. This topic is no longer needed.
I purchased the Ashampoo System Utilities 21 suite, and I was able to download the Driver Updater just fine, but for some reason I cannot download WinOptimizer 18 and Uninstaller 10. It simply gives me the error "An error occured when attempting to download Ashampoo: WinOptimizer 18 " and the same error for Uninstaller 10.
