hello BasJ, Start11 does not have the 3 dots

hey all, this might be a silly question but I bought a 5 pack of start11, I have used it a bit on my desktop then my windows drive broke (long story short, I made it a raw disk after doing something wrong in linux, was trying to readd the efi partition) and as I didnt think it would break i didn't think to get my start11 off (is that "use" officially dead?) also how would I see how many computers I can activate now?

I'm having similar issues in windows 11 my system is Windows: Windows 11 21H2 installed on: 2/6/2022 OS BUILD: 22000.1696 experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.1696.0
